If you really want to know

What’s Jolie doing? You ask. She’s…….

Playing in her crib with her stuffed animals
Standing behind the curtain petting the kitty
Chugging her milk
Throwing food off of her highchair
Putting pears in her hair
Carrying her puppy down the hall
Dancing to the singing puppy
In the shower with me
Peeing on the bathroom floor!
Pointing at the car DVD player and saying “Dat, Dat, Dat”
Flirting with strangers at the commissary
Running up to a little girl at the Bx
Dragging a stick across the driveway
Trying to sit in her friend Sarah’s lap
Riding to the park in her stroller
Pulling the pillows off the couch and throwing herself on top of them
Looking at her photo album
Taking all the cans out of the pantry
Trying to squeeze herself between the chair and the ottoman
Giving me a kiss
Brushing her teeth
Sitting in the chair while I read her a book
Jumping up and down in the crib
Lying on my chest trying to fall asleep
ASLEEP – Lying on top of her kitty, cow and elephant!
Talking to herself
Trying to pick up the cat
Walking down the hallway with the broom
Sitting in the shower, next to the broom, reading a bath book
Putting things into the trashcan (not trash)
Carrying around a picture of her Poppy
Getting the laundry out of the basket and putting it over her head
Crying because the kitty ran away from her
Giving me a hug and patting me on the back
Watching her Praise Baby DVD and drinking juice
Talking to the cat, trying to read her a book
Hanging on my leg while I’m cooking dinner
Waiting at the front door for her daddy to come home
Standing on top of a box
Looking outside as Hayes mows the yard
Picking flowers off of a bush
Attacking her big white bear
Playing in the bath with her daddy
Kicking her ocean wonders aquarium
Crying in the middle of the night
Lying between Hayes and I in the bed
Playing with my hair
Playing with Hayes’s ear
Sleeping….again, finally!

So, what is Jolie doing?
She’s exploring her world and trying to find her place in it (without hearing the word NO!).
And in the meantime filling our hearts with joy and praise that God is sharing her with us!
